clag · interactive film engine
Scenes assembled from public 3D assets, directed in time, with humanoids that move.
How it works
Search open libraries like Sketchfab from inside the scene. Models arrive with their license attached, and you place, scale and frame them live — nothing to install.
The timeline is the backbone of every scene. Cameras, cuts and cues are marked on it, and a loop can hold the scene alive until the next cue is called.
Characters come with inverse kinematics. Pose them, point them, and let them walk through the shot instead of animating every joint by hand.
A clag file describes the whole piece, so Blender can run it and record every camera on our render farm. Back in the browser, live 3D plays over and between those frames.
The product
The idea
clag is for directing a piece that happens in time — standing up, controller in hand, talking to AI assistants that understand what you point at.
It works like a filmed stage production: objects are the cast, the timeline is the blocking, and a scene can hold its breath until someone gives the cue.
